Covage and Orange secure long-term financing deal for AMEL fibre project in Savoy

French bank Societe Generale has agreed a EUR 252.3 million financing deal with Covage and Orange for the fibre deployment project that the two partners have undertaken in the Savoy department. Announcing the deal, Covage highlighted that the long-term loan was the first of its kind for a roll-out contract signed in France under AMEL rules (Appels a Manifestation d'Engagements Locaux).
