Cox names Mower VP of customer contact management

US cable operator Cox communications has appointed Nelson Mower as vice president of customer contact management. Mower will be responsible for developing customer immersion strategies, identifying cost process improvements and leading key development initiatives based on customer requirements. Mower will also be partnering with business units to identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies.
