CTA, IBM, Local Motors collaborate self-driving vehicles

The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) Foundation in the US announced at CES an alliance with IBM and Local Motors to create a self-driving vehicle. The Local Motors Olli, a self-driving cognitive vehicle, will serve as the foundation of the initiative. The partners will launch a series of workshops and hackathons throughout 2017 to reach innovators of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Olli is built to include IBM Watson Internet of Things for automotive. It's designed to improve the passenger experience and allows for natural interaction with the vehicle.
