CTU Council evaluates workshop on network neutrality

Czech regulator CTU's Council has discussed the results of the workshop on BEREC's guidelines on network neutrality, which CTU organised on 29 November for industry stakeholders. The mostly heavily discussed issues included zero rating, specialised services and informing end-users, and categorisation of services. The council will come back to the topic and discuss the final form of the document in January 2017.
