Cyanogen bolsters management team

US mobile phone open source firmware startup Cyanogen has strengthened its management team by appointing three new vice presidents in its effort to support additional platforms, regions and continue the growth of its CyanogenMod product. Dave Herman, who previously held leadership roles at Hulu, Amazon and Microsoft, is Cyanogen's new vice president of product. Tyler Carper, most recently director of engineering at HTC, is Cyanogen's new vice president of engineering.
