The Cyprus Telecommunications Authority (Cyta) selected the Oracle Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery (RODOD) platform to provide a modern, digital business experience for its customers, employees and partners. Cyta, a semi-governmental organisation, provides a wide range of services and facilities for voice and data applications in both fixed and mobile telephony. The company continues to innovate to meet the ever-growing needs of its customers for new value-added content and multimedia services.
