D-Link unveils LTE M2M modem certified for Verizon's network

D-Link released at CES a new 4G/LTE M2M modem, which was certified for use on Verizon's wireless network. To be available in February, the modem enables the sending of logistical pieces of information by machines like kiosks, vending machines and ATMs back to corporate. With the addition of the DWM-311, data collected by IoT devices can be shared wirelessly and analysed more quickly, the company said.
