UK business communications provider Daisy has extended that the deadline for its potential GBP 500 million takeover by a consortium led by CEO Matthew Riley has been extended by 12 days to 22 September. The extension is intended to provide Penta Capital and Toscafund Asset Management with enough time to complete due diligence and submit their GBP 1.90 per share offer formally. Riley and Toscafund each own 23 percent of Daisy.
