Danish 2016 web access over 100 Mbps up 6 percentage points

Monday 29 May 2017 | 11:49 CET | News
Internet at a minimum speed of 100 Mbps for downloads and 30 Mbps for uploads was available to 88 percent of homes and business in Denmark last year, up from 82 percent in 2015. So says the Danish Energy Authority in its report 'Broadband coverage in Denmark in 2016'. Part of the upturn, though, is caused by a change in the way enterprise coverage is calculated, but even so, the rise is still 5 percentage points.
