Danish regional differences in fixed broadband availability gradually even out

Friday 22 November 2019 | 10:54 CET | News
The Danish Energy Authority's annual fixed line broadband mapping has found progress in supplies to previously lagging boroughs and reductions in regional coverage differences. According to its network checking portal Tjekditnet.dk, 93 percent of homes and business now have access to internet service at 100 Mbps for downloads and 30 Mbps for uploads. This is a rise of 2 percentage points since 2017 and 11 points since 2015.
