Data centres worth over EUR 7 billion to Irish economy - study

Data centres have contributed over EUR 7 billion to the Irish economy since 2010, according to a new report prepared by Grant Thornton for IDA Ireland. The report shows the total direct and stimulated (indirect) expenditure of the data centre industry in Ireland is an estimated EUR 7.13 billion since 2010.
