DAZN, JCTA to offer direct app access from cable TV STBs in Japan

Global sports streaming service DAZN has signed a partnership agreement with Japan Cable and Telecommunications Association (JCTA), to bring DAZN to cable TV households in Japan. Subscribers of participating cable TV partners will now be able to add a DAZN subscription to their monthly cable TV bill without registering a credit card or other payment information and then watch sports content via the DAZN app on their set top box.
