Global sports streaming service Dazn has sold a majority stake in three of its digital football-focused platforms, including Goal, to TPG Capital's Integrated Media Company (IMC). Under the terms of the deal, IMC will also acquire German and Dutch portals Spox and VoetbalZone as part of a new venture, with Dazn retaining a significant minority stake in the latter as well as a seat on the board.
