Deezer seeks mobile partners for international expansion

French music website Deezer is using the Mobile World Congress to launch an international expansion with mobile operators, offering them a similar partnership model to the one it put in place with Orange in France. The operator which owns 11 percent of Deezer, announced in January that it had attracted 500,000 subscriberst to Deezer's pay service in five months. The music website has developed a range of music on demand services adapted to operators' product issues: prepaid/postpaid, medium/high ARPU, stand alone/soft bundle/hard bundle, mobile/broadband/mixed operators.
