Dell's SecureWorks sets IPO price range

SecureWorks, the cybersecurity arm of Dell, has set a price range for its initial public offering at USD 15.50-17.50 and could raise as much as USD 181.1 million, the Wall Street Journal reported, saying the company is looking to close a USD 10 billion financing gap in its proposed acquisition of storage vendor EMC.
