Delta, Ziggo agree Wi-Fi roaming

Tuesday 4 August 2015 | 13:03 CET | News
Delta, the cable operator in the Dutch region of Zeeland, has agreed to link its local network of Wi-Fi hotspots with that of Ziggo. As a result, the two will be able to offer customers a national network of hotspots. From 04 August, Delta customers will have access to Ziggo's network of over 2 million hotspots in the Netherlands. Ziggo customers will gain access to Delta's around 33,500 hotspots after the summer. Customers will need to register each device the first time they connect to the new network; after that, the device should connect automatically.
