Denmark must change access terms for subsidised broadband

The Danish Energy Authority said the European Commission has asked it to change its requirements for open wholesale access to broadband networks that are being constructed using subsidies. It concerns decentralised access to fibre and copper grids, in particular, for group exemptions. The authority is opening a hearing on the matter, with a deadline for comments of 14 November.
