Denmark tops Digibarometer 2020, Finland rises to 2nd, US drops to 3rd

The Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communication said Denmark topped the Digibarometer 2020 ranking, with Finland rising to second place from third in 2019. The barometer is published by the ministry, Business Finland, the Confederation of Finnish Industries, and business federation Suomen Yrittajat. It started in 2014 and ranks 22 countries with a composite index using 36 variables.
