Dense Air agrees acquisition by Sidewalk Infrastructure

Dense Air Networks announced that it will be acquired by Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP) for an undisclosed sum. The new owner is expected to help Dense Air develop its spectrum assets and small cell networks, as part of SIP's CoFi platform for developing shared infrastructure.
