Deustche Telekom works council says new roaming obligations put jobs at risk

Deutsche Telekom's works council believes that the proposed new roaming obligations would put thousands of jobs at risk, according to a DPA report. Investments would be devalued while future spending in infrastructure and staff would decrease, said Telekom works council head Josef Bednarski to the German press agency. The employee representatives also consider the current roaming rules for create legal uncertainty for the network operators.
