Deutsche Bahn provides free Wi-Fi services at only 135 stations

German railway company Deutsche Bahn provides its free Wi-Fi network service, WIFI@DB, in 135 stations, or 2.5 percent of the 5,376 railway stations in the country, according to a reply from the government to a parliamentary enquiry by the liberal party, FDP. The free Wi-Fi is available in 26 stations in North Rhine-Westphalia, sixteen in Hesse and fifteen in Bavaria. These are the top three states for number of free WiFi service available at stations.
