Deutsche Glasfaser to build 1 mln connections in Hesse

Deutsche Glasfaser said it has signed a letter of intent with the state of Hesse to build around 1 million fibre connections by 2030. Under the agreement, the company will connect 150,000 households to fibre by 2022. As an interim goal, it will provide gigabit-compatible connections all over the state by 2025, especially with an eye to schools and businesses in rural areas.
