Deutsche Telekom acquires Austrian accommodation and health services developer Goingsoft

Deutsche Telekom has announced the acquisition of IT products developer for the accommodation and healthcare industries Goingsoft. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will unlock additional growth potential for professional WLAN and multimedia products and integrated offerings of network, security and cloud services, Deutsche Telekom said. Austria-based Goingsoft has been developing WLAN, web-based administration systems and infotainment services for the past fifteen years.
