Deutsche Telekom CEO warns of increasing prices due to shortage of spectrum

The CEO of Deutsche Telekom, Tim Hottges, said that the current design of the 5G auction could create a shortage of spectrum that might lead to increasing prices, Reuters reported. The shortage has been created artificially, he said. This means that "in the end, there is no money for the build-out," the CEO added.
