Deutsche Telekom considers infrastructure IPO to retain control over T-Mobile NL- report

Deutsche Telekom is considering an initial public offering for some of its infrastructure in order to generate income and keep control over subsidiary T-Mobile Netherlands, Handelsblatt reports citing sources. Telekom is looking at listing part of the infrastructure in parallel to a sale of the Dutch subsidiary. According to reports, the Dutch sale could raise EUR 4-5 billion.
