Deutsche Telekom customers prioritised over competitors for service appointments - study

Every third appointment with technicians from Deutsche Telekom in Germany falls through with households during the first visit, according to a representative survey of 4,457 consumers in Germany as well as an analysis of internal company data from Vodafone by the Scientific Institute for Infrastructure and Communications Services (WIK Consult) on behalf of Vodafone. Instead, three of four appointments are needed for 98 percent of households to have their home internet connection activated or have disturbances with their connection addressed.
