Deutsche Telekom defends bandwidth throttling plans

Deutsche Telekom has defended its plans to impose bandwidth limits on fixed-line DSL customers, APA reports. Speaking on the Deutschlandfunk radio station, company spokesperson Philipp Blank said that 3 percent of customers account for more than 30 percent of data traffic, forcing average customers to subsidise heavy users.
