Deutsche Telekom establishes new IP PoP in Hong Kong

International Carrier Sales & Solutions (ICSS), the international wholesale division of Deutsche Telekom AG, is announcing the launch of a new point of presence (PoP) in Hong Kong. Based on ICSS's Next Generation Voice international (NGVi) platform, this move expands the company's reach in the Asia Pacific region by providing reliable voice connectivity to Europe and the United States as well as within Asia. In addition, it lays the groundwork for future development of the Asian voice market. The new PoP reduces transmission distances and latency and supports all major IP protocols. ICSS aims
