Deutsche Telekom, Ewe offer concessions for approval of fibre JV

Deutsche Telekom and regional operator Ewe have made concessions to the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) in order to receive approval for their joint venture that will operate in parts of Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Bremen.
