Deutsche Telekom in dispute over trademark magenta shade

Deutsche Telekom is taking action against the public appearance of the grassroots initiative Freifunk, which supports free radio networks in North Rhine-Westphalia, rp-online.de reports. The initiative is using a pink shade in their logo and on their website, which is similar to Deutsche Telekom's magenta shade.
