Deutsche Telekom kicks off FTTH pre-marketing in 3 more towns

Wednesday 7 February 2018 | 14:17 CET | News
Deutsche Telekom is expanding its pilot project to roll out FTTH connections in small towns and rural regions across Germany with the launch of pre-marketing campaigns in the towns of Bruchsal, Markkleeberg and Hildburghausen. Telekom is aiming to get 30 percent of households in these areas to sign up for an FTTH connection with speeds up to 1 Gbps over the next three months before beginning construction work. Households that sign up for the pre-marketing campaign will not pay a home connection fee.
