Deutsche Telekom partners with Ewe Tel, Reply, RtBrick to launch community platform Leitstand

Deutsche Telekom has partnered with regional network operator Ewe Tel, Reply, and RtBrick to launch Leitsand, an open-source community that aims to develop and provide tools for managing networks. Reply specialises in the design and implementation of systems based on digital media while RtBrick is a carrier routing software provider.
