Deutsche Telekom partners with Swift Navigation on cloud correction service for autonomous vehicles

Deutsche Telekom said it has signed a partnership agreement with San Francisco-based Swift Navigation, a provider of positioning services for autonomous vehicles. Deutsche Telekom will use the Swift's Skylar Cloud Corrections Services for its communications infrastructure via its new Precise Positioning product. The cloud correction service provides a position accuracy of less than 10 cm.
