Deutsche Telekom rivals mull constitutional court complaint

Deutsche Telekom's rivals are threatening to complain to the constitutional court should the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) grant its vectoring submission for an exclusive broadband expansion in Germany, said competitor associations VATM and BREKO. On 25 January, representatives of the states and the parliamentary groups will decide on the vectoring draft.
