Deutsche Telekom rolls out new operating model for paid media

Deutsche Telekom has announced it is realigning its international paid media activities by launching a progressive media operating model across its thirteen European subsidiaries, in order to future-proof its media operations and address the ongoing digitisation of marketing communications. With these changes, Telekom said it aims to increase its active guardianship and control over its paid media placements and outcomes, redefining how it purchases media services from suppliers.
