Deutsche Telekom studies effects of digitisation on work

Deutsche Telekom published an expert survey entitled "Work 4.0: megatrends in future digital work", which was conducted in cooperation with the University of St. Gallen. One of the 25 theses of the study is that machines will become colleagues, cooperation partners and controllers. Academics asked 60 experts across the world on the subject, ranging from top managers from the ICT sector, experts at American and German universities and management consultants, to representatives of associations and trade unions. The study shows that digitisation will change work dramatically, and HR departments
