Deutsche Telekom threatened with fine over StreamOn net neutrality violations

The German Federal Network Agency has threatened Deutsche Telekom with a fine of EUR 200,000 if it does not change its StreamOn zero-rated data offer. This follows Telekom losing a court appeal over the ordered changes for net neutrality violations.
