Deutsche Telekom to build first LTE site as part of initiative 'We hunt dead spots'

Deutsche Telekom said that it will build its first LTE mobile site for the community of Vielbach, in Rhineland-Palatinate, as part of the initiative "We hunt dead spots". Vielbach had proposed three locations on communal land for the antenna mast. A location has finally been chosen. So far, Telekom has received 70 applications from municipalities that want to build LTE masts on their territories to improve mobile coverage.
