Deutsche Telekom to join EC case against Android - report

Deutsche Telekom is expected to file a formal complaint with EU competition authorities in the coming weeks about Google's Android software, several people with direct knowledge of the discussions told the New York Times. The complaint, which may be submitted by early November, focuses on whether Google uses its Android mobile operating system to unfairly promote its own products like Google Maps and online search over those of rivals. This would make Deutsche Telekom an official complainant in the ongoing competition case against Google, allowing the company to provide information and
