Deutsche Telekom yet to find successor to supervisory board chair - report

Wednesday 31 March 2021 | 11:08 CET | News
Deutsche Telekom is yet to find a successor to supervisory board chairman Ulrich Lehner, Handelsblatt reports. Lehner intended to outline a plan for succession after his retirement at the annual general meeting on 01 April, but the report cited a person familiar with the situation as saying he will not be able to present a name at the AGM. The selection process should start after the AGM to appoint a new chairman by court decision, the report said. Shareholders will confirm that appointment at the AGM in 2022, when Lehrer's term ends.
