Dialog extends customer service to 15 mln customers via WhatsApp

Sri Lanka operator Dialog Axiata has launched a customer service via WhatsApp and has extended the 24/7 service to over 15 million subscribers across the country. All Dialog customers can now use the WhatsApp platform to check their account balance, activate or change Data Plans, Dialog Television and other plans, as well as check roaming packages, find out the latest promotions and offers, provide feedback. Dialog's 24/7 customer service via WhatsApp is currently available in English.
