Digi Communications proposes 15% higher gross dividend for 2020

Digi Communications proposed a gross dividend of RON 0.75 from its 2020 net profit, which is 15 percent above the one paid last year (RON 0.65 per share). The dividend yield is just over 2 percent, based on a share price of RON 35.2. The company plans to pay the dividends on 14 June to all shareholders of record on 03 June.
