Digital City Lochem has announced that it will start rolling out fibre in the outlying area of ‚Äč‚ÄčLochem and Zutphen. The sign-up process achieved a participant percentage of 60 percent, with the required level set at 50 percent. The network and activation is set to complete in the second week of next year.

Digital City is in charge of attracting enough participants. KPN is responsible for the management and installation of the fibre network.
