Digital Insight adds Android Fingerprint ID to m-banking app

Digital Insight, an NCR company, introduced Android Fingerprint ID to its Mobile Banking App. The new feature allows mobile banking end-users to use their fingerprints to authenticate their identities to log in on Android devices. Android Fingerprint ID is one of a variety of biometrics-driven authentication features delivered through the Digital Insight platform, including Apple Touch ID and EyeVerify's EyePrint ID. Digital Insight expects to make Android Fingerprint ID available to all of its mobile banking clients in May. Android Fingerprint ID will be available on any device that runs the
