Dimension Data sells old Plessey business to Vulatel

Dimension Data is selling its Advanced Infrastructure (DDAI) business to black-owned ICT company Vulatel for an undisclosed sum, reports Techcentral. This is after management determined that DDAI is not core to its value proposition. The DDAI business was merged into Plessey South Africa in October 2014. In June 2016, Plessey South Africa was renamed Dimension Data Advanced Infrastructure.
