Discovery acquires controlling 71% stake in Play Sports Group

Global entertainment group Discovery has acquired a controlling 71 percent stake in digital sports media company Play Sports Group, which owns the cycling brands Global Cycling Network, Global Triathlon Network and Global Mountain Bike Network. Discovery originally purchased a 20 percent stake in Play Sports Group in 2017.
