Dish agrees to buy USD 5 bln in assets from T-Mobile, Sprint - report

Satellite-TV provider Dish Network has agreed to pay USD 5 billion for mobile assets in a deal with T-Mobile US and Sprint, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg. The divestment is designed to help the mobile operators secure approval from the Department of Justice for their planned merger.
