Dish outlines mobile launch plans at court hearing

Dish Network has been unveiling some of the plans for its new mobile network at the hearing of the case brought by state attorneys general against the T-Mobile-Sprint merger. Dish chairman and shareholder Charlie Ergen said the company will launch mobile services in 2020, and has USD 10 billion in loans lined up with banks to fund the operation.
