Disney+ stutters at launch after demand exceeds expectations

The Disney+ service suffered some technical problems on its first day of launch, with users reporting difficulties connecting, streaming and reaching customer service. Disney said demand for the service "exceeded our highest expectations" and it was "working quickly to resolve any current issues".
