Dobrindt admits Germany to fall short of broadband target

Germany's Digital Infrastructure Minister Alexander Dobrindt admitted that the government's plan to provide broadband at 50+ Mbps across the whole country by 2018 will not work. He shared a podium hosted by the Eco association in Berlin with the Minister of Economics and Technology Sigmar Gabriel and Home Secretary Thomas de Maiziere to take stock of what has been achieved two years since the launch of the Digital Agenda.
